When I describe a character as "a ruti", this is the species I mean.

Ruti himself is the holotype of this species, as well as the single known example in existence.

Physical Description

A species of false-fae primarily characterized by a single horn, short white fur, and shapeshifting ability. An individual's weight is often much lighter than size would imply; this is because the body of P. instabilis is comprised almost entirely of magicalized energy, in stark contrast to the largely-physical bodies of other members of its clade.
